CNG Tank Storage - Back of the Cab / Side - Type 4 Carbon / Composite 100-175 DGE

We have a large selection (37 units) of pre-owned CNG fuel systems / CNG Tank Packages for heavy duty trucks immediately available. Those are carbon fiber, Type 4 / composite tanks. All tanks rated 3600 psi.

Those tank systems were taken off Class 8 trucks and were originally manufactured by Hexagon/Lincoln, Agility, Quantum Fuel Systems. As you can see there are variety of configurations and fuel capacities. Choose between back of the cab or side mounted tank packages. All tank packages are DOT certified and meet all current on-road safety requirements.

The most common configurations are:

CNGT 101 - Agility Fuel System (back of the cab) - 150 Gallons

3 Type 4 tanks 26x36 40 gallons each

1 Type 4 tank 21x36 30 gallons

CNGT 102 - Quantum Technologies (back of the cab) - 135 Gallons

3 Type 4 tanks 26x72 35 gallons each

CNGT 104 - Agility Fuel System ( back of the cab) - 120 Gallons

Most of the tanks were manufactured in 2013-2016 and have life expectancy of 20 years. With plenty of life left those tank packages could be a great option for your CNG / RNG project.

All tanks were visually inspected and do not have any damage / issues. We can have them re-certified for the next 3 years for an additional cost of $100 per tank before delivery.

The tank packages were priced to sell for components (Composite tanks). Some fueling systems may have certain components missing. We have documentation describing each unit and can provide full operational guarantee if needed.

Perfect for tank package replacement, pilot program or dual-fuel system installation. Can be installed on any on-road / off-road vehicle.
