Brand New Greenfield B65 - 4NG CNG 5 stages Compressor 15-4500 psi @ 120 SCFM / + Engine Drive (optional)

You are looking at a brand new, never been used, CNG compressor / compressed natural gas fueling skid - Greenfield B65-4NG (NGV 0373). The skis includes 5-stage cng compressor allowing to take 15 psig inlet pressure, compress gas and discharge it at 4500 psi. pressure at a rate of 120 scfm (approximately 57 GGE/hour).

This cng compressor was designed to work off of either a 75 HP Electric Motor or PG-08 Integrated Engine Control System for GM 5.7L Engine. The original customer elected a gas driven option and the brand new GM5.7L Engine with all controls specifically designed for this skid can be included in the package for an additional $10,000. ( Total asking price for compressor skid and gas powered motor is $77,500). The intend was to install both skid and the engine on the trailer and be able to deploy mobile / trailer based CNG fueling capabilities to both trucks and tube trailers from any site with at least 15 psi of pressure. This can still be easily achievable for your project as we have all of the components ( except 2 CNG hoses) available and schematics on how to do that.

The original owner bought this machine from Greenfield in 2012 for $123,000 + $12,000 for gas motor set up, plus freight of $4,000. B. OPTIONAL - Gas Powered Motor (PG-08 Engine Control System for GM 5.7L) meets EPA 2008 stationary emission standards for rich-burn natural gas (40 CFR

Part 60) when operating properly with an approved three-way catalyst. The

emissions test is based on the ISO 8178 type D2 steady-state test cycle. The

emission standards, including appropriate deterioration factors over the useful life

of the system, are as follows:

When operating on natural gas, 8000 hour deteriorated emissions shall be less

than or equal to:

NMHC: 1.0 g/hp-hr

CO: 4.0 g/hp-hr

NOx: 2.0 g/hp-hr

The R600S regulator and CA225 mixer have tamper-resistant features approved

by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) when used with commercial grade

fuel.

Can work with any 75 HP Electric Motor that meets the following requirements: Class I, Div.2 Electric Motor.

Standard 1800 rpm operational speed.

C. REMOTE-Mounted System Control and Management Complete PLC monitoring and fault indication of the following system functions Power on indication. Compressor run indication. Total hours operated indication.

D. 2-Hose Dispenser ( rated to 3600 psi) The package comes with brand new / never been used one sided Kraus Global, 2-hose dispenser (as seen on the pictures). The dispenser has a capabilities to display the number of gallons and total price but does not have any credit card processing capabilities. The advertised sale price includes the cost of the dispenser, which was originally purchased for additional $21,000. We ideally sell as a package. We can offer additional dispenser options with a credit card processing capabilities if needed.

Additional Value Proposition: Upon request, the buyer will be provided with schematics to complete any engineering drawings, electrical / mechanical integration into existing project, if needed. We also have engineering drawings for the initial new site construction site originally envisioned for the compressor including, LDC gas regulator integration, storage vessels, fence around the skid, etc. All of the above can be also provided at no additional charge to the equipment buyer and can add great value / improve ROI for your project, as it will save significant amount of time and effort for your project.

Upon request, for an additional charge Gas Equipment 4 Sale can offer full restoration services including, treating minor rusted areas seeing on the skid, repainting some components to refresh the overall look of the skid, re-certifying and reinstalling PRVs to meet current NFPA 52 3-year requirements. However, in our humble opinion, unless you need this skid to arrive to the customer / project site shining like a Christmas tree I suggest to perform this minor scope of work on your side after receiving the skid and while working with on integration / deployment. Pre-purchase inspections are welcomed during the normal business hours upon appointment scheduled in advanced. We would be happy to provide a complimentary transportation pick up from DFW Airport and back if you want to fly in and see / send someone to inspect the compressor skid in person.
