The Model W120H-AL compressor is an aircooled reciprocating compressor,designed to compress gas to a maximum pressure of 414 Bar.g. The machine is of a 'W' form having three cylinders, one a double acting low pressure piston for stages 1 and 2 and single acting cylinders for stages 3 and 4. The compressor is designed to compress gas from an inlet. The compressor crankshaft carries a driven pulley at one end and a fan driving pulley at the other end. The cooling fan is pedestal mounted in front of the aftercooler/intercooler assembly and draws a cooling air stream through this and over the compressor cylinder fins.Relief valves for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages are fitted to provide protection against damage caused in the event of valve malfunction. Lubrication is by a controlled splash arrangement to the cylinders and by force feed to the crankshaft bearings via a crankshaft driven oil pump. The oil pump draws lubricating oil from the sump and discharges via full flow replaceable canister oil filter.

The unit was decomissioned in 2022. It was in working order, however it would not compress above 2000 psi. 3rd stage needed some work to be done to it.

Pre-purchase inspections are welcomed during the normal business hours upon appointment scheduled in advanced. We would be happy to provide a complimentary transportation pick up from DFW Airport and back if you want to fly in and see / send someone to inspect the compressor skid in person. In addition, we can do facetime / teams / zoom calls to go over the skid in person for any domestic /international procurement. Please keep in mind that we are in Dallas and therefore are on the US Central Time (CT) for any communication arrangements.

We have all the manuals and schematics to the unit.

Shipping Arrangements:The unit is currently located at our yard South of Dallas, Texas. We can assist with shipping arrangements and when properly scheduled, we would provide loading service at no additional charge.

Payment:Payment in full FOB our yard in South Dallas is required for equipment procurement. We prefer see /meet the purchaser to ensure we can provide adequate after sale support to set your project for success. We will require verifiable Cashier check as a payment if you are planning to come in person. We will require wire transfer in full with transaction cleared the company account prior to releasing the equipment to any 3-rd party shipper companies.
