Since inventing the filter-separator in the 1950’s, PECOFacet Model 75 filter-seps have set the standard for reliability and performance on today’s gas pipelines. Model 75 filter-seps are found removing solids and liquids on compressor suctions and plant entrances throughout the world. Standard construction includes PEACH® technology cartridges, the PECOFacet exclusive Quick Opening Closure, z-bar 4 point cartridge supports, and high efficiency mist extractors.

Mist extractor options include wave plate vane, wire mesh and cyclotube technology. Housing design is available in all major design codes and certifications. Model 75 filter- seps are available in vertical and horizontal configurations in 152mm through 2134mm diameter sizes

HOW IT WORKS

Contaminated gas enters and impinges on the pipe risers

• Risers help to separate out free liquids and also serve to evenly distribute the gas through the 1st stage cartridges

Gas flows through the cartridges from outside-to-inside in the 1st stage of the vessel

• Solid contaminants are trapped and removed from the gas stream
• Liquid particles are coalesced

1st stage separated liquids are collected in 1st stage sump

2nd stage mist extraction device removes coalesced droplets

2nd stage coalesced liquids are collected in 2nd stage sump

Dry, clean gas exits the vessel

Pre-Purchase Inspections:

We welcome pre-purchase inspections during normal business hours, by appointment only. If you’re planning to fly in to view or inspect the equipment in person, we are happy to arrange for that with a proper notice.

We also accommodate virtual inspections via FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom—ideal for both domestic and international buyers. Please note that we are located in Dallas, Texas, and operate on U.S. Central Time (CT), so kindly schedule all communications accordingly.

Shipping Arrangements:

We’re happy to assist with shipping logistics and can provide loading services for equipment located at our yard, for units weighing up to 15,000 lbs, when scheduled in advance.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required before the release of any equipment. We always prefer to meet our buyers in person to discuss project needs and ensure you receive the right equipment and support for your success.

A verifiable cashier’s check is required if you're paying in person. If you plan to use a third-party shipping company, a wire transfer must be completed and cleared in full before we release the equipment. While we aim to make the transaction as smooth as possible, we take appropriate measures to protect both parties.
